Why the hate for Elon Musk?

I guess I don’t understand why some hate Elon Musk. Yeah he is richer than god and is fighting taxes, no doubt he is full of himself, but… He did start a car company that is better for the planet. He got people more interested in electric cars. When was the last car company started from scratch? Space-X and Starlink. Many, many people will be able to get high speed internet anywhere.
