No mention of Fatal Attraction yet. That scene in the elevator, spilling into the kitchen was great. Maybe the outcome causes people to block out that early scene! 
‘Bad Lieutenant’ had several.
El Elvis Rojo, FYI, Neve Campbell had a nudity clause when she did that movie. That’s why you only see her back and not much else.
I really liked the scene between Michael Corleone and his new wife, Apollonia, in The Godfather. Just romantic.
Also, Like Water for Chocolate had some good scenes in it.

There’s a couple of fabulous sex scenes in Pinero. Delicious Benjamin Bratt and a gorgeous woman whose name I don’t know.
I’ll second yojimbo’s mention of Stealing Beauty. Wow. Good movie, too.
Also seconding cuate’s pick: A Walk on the Moon. That waterfall thing is a personal fantasy of mine, and damn if Diane Lane didn’t do it for me. grin
Henry and June has a lot of good ones, but especially the one between Anais Nin and Henry Miller’s wife. I’m not even a “girl-girl” kind of guy, but that scene was incredibly well-done.
The scene near the end of Quills, between Joaquin Phoenix and Kate Winslet, is very good at the beginning, but very disturbing by the time it ends. Probably because she’s dead. :eek: It’s a bit of a downer, if you know what I mean. wink, wink, nudge, nudge
To round out my top 3, there’s the previously mentioned Enemy at the Gate, and Name of the Rose, but I also was to nominate Rob Roy.
Lian Neeson and Jessica Lange went at it fully clothed, and I still couldn’t walk…
Two others that spoke to me (I am in agreement about lots, including "** Coming Home** " - wow!)
I really, really like the train scene in “Risky Business”, and there is a scene between Rachel Ward (an exquisite looking woman with a spectacular body) and Jeff Bridges (The Ultimate Male) in "** Against All Odds ** " where they are making love in a cave in some Mexican ruins, and she’s crying, and man, that just stuck to me and with me and <shiver>.
I also just watched "** Unfaithful ** " last night and there are some very intense and yummy moments in that.
"** The Name of the Rose ** " sex scene is sweet and moving and sad. I love how he refers to her as “The only earthly love I’ve ever known.”
Another vote for Out of Sight; we see Clooney and Lopez in the hotel bar, talking and getting to know each other, then we see them in the hotel room in bed, but still hear their conversation continuing downstairs in the bar. And there were those quiet little freeze-frames, as the snow fell outside the window…
Whoof, that was hot.
I’ll throw my vote in for the limo ride scene in No Way Out.

Best gay sex scene in a non porno movie (soon to be an Oscar category) was any scene with a nekkid Jude Law in WILDE. While not a sex scene, the best gay foreplay scene has to have been the kiss in IN & OUT, and best gay erotic scene not to involve sex was the skinnydipping romp with Julian Sands and Rupert Graves in ROOM WITH A VIEW.
Stupidest sex scene in a non-porn movie: Madonna and Willem Dafoe in BODY OF EVIDENCE. The producers tried soooo hard to be kinky and hot and it was just too strained.
Unlikeliest actor to have a graphic sex scene in a movie: Sorrell “Boss Hogg” Booke in THE OTHER SIDE OF MIDNIGHT. That’s one hairy ugly back I never wanted to see.
One more vote for The Tall Guy. Hilarious & memorable.

Anyone remember a small film from the 80’s called “The Coca-Cola Kid”? Eric Roberts and an Australian actress. I remember some great scenes from that one.
