I live by willpower and caffiene.
I haven’t counted but I say anywhere b/w 6-8 times a day. I also have 3 kidneys. Would that effect anything ? lol.
People who are only peeing 2-3 times a day need to start drinking more water. You DO NOT want to get kidney stones. I made this mistake and learned the hard way at the tender age of 22. Being flayed alive would be less painful.
I drink at least 2 liters of water a day at work - so lots of trips there. Plus, some liquid in the morning with breakfast (either milk or Crystal Light, usually), a cup of tea when it get in in the morning, 2 diet sodas a day (one with caffeine, one without), and a cup of tea at night. The bathroom is well known to me. I’ll count actual times tomorrow.

Wake about 4:00 AM, Apply mind over matter till alarm at 5:45 AM
Trip to pissoir then and as neccessary as water intake dictates, e.e. whenever nature calls 4 to 6 x/day.
