I’ve seen a few references to male porn stars having small testicles. I think that’s mostly an optical illusion - they have very large penises and so their testicles look smaller. It could also be that they have ejaculated recently, so they have little stored semen.
If you watch porn films, you will no doubt have seen the same few seconds repeated several times in the same scene (listen to the “dialogue”), the same period of time shown from a different camera, etc. There’s no doubt that some scenes are made to appear longer than they actually were. They’re usually not that long, though. It’s not inhuman lengths of time.
There’s also no doubt that professional male porn stars are chosen to a large extent on their ability to get an erection almost on demand and fuck for extended periods of time without ejaculating. It’s part of the job. There is a great deal of pressure on male porn stars.
As for Linda Lovelace…she wrote two autobiographies that contradicted each other dramatically, so how can she be taken seriously as an expert?

Although I have heard that scrotums droop when men age, and most porn stars seem to be young.
Maybe because most of them seem to be shaved, it draws less attention to that region… and they seem to look smaller to ya.
Regarding scene length:
I imagine having sex as often as they do would dramatically increase the time needed, especially with all the people walking around and such. They’re hardly in a closed room/romantic situation. Though I have known people to say that cocaine helps a LOT for desensitization (sic?).
On another note:
I’ve heard interviews with many porn stars who make a clear distinction between “Having sex” (or maybe “making love”) and “working”. I think it would be difficult to perform just cause you “have to”, not necessaarily cause you “want to”.
