Portable electronic devices

Has there ever been and CONCLUSIVE evidence off cell phones, computers, e.t.c. affecting the cockpit instruments of aircraft? All I can find is that any experiments regarding this have been inconclusive.

I know of one incident where a cell phone interfered with communications in a commercial aircraft to the point where they lost communication with the control tower for a while. The woman using the cell phone was from somewhere in Africa, and the plane was headed to somewhere in the mideast (it wasn’t an American airline). I don’t recall anything more about it though, except that she was arrested when the plane landed. The incident occured probably 3 or 4 years ago.
