Possible to upgrade to 7.0.4 from 6 to retain jailbreak and fix facetime?

So as of today, it appears that Apple broke FaceTime to force everybody to upgrade. Not cool. Facetime will work again on 7.0.4 and up.

Full jailbreaking can be done on 7.0.x

I am running 6.2 on both my iPad and my iPhone. Both are jailbroken.

Is it possible for me to limit my upgrade to 7.0.4 by using a 7.0.4 ipsw to both jailbreak and upgrade simultaneously? Or sequentially, bypassing Apple altogether?

Unfortunately, no. Installing a firmware requires it to be signed by Apple, and this is keyed to the hardware ID of your device. They stopped signing 7.0.x shortly after 7.1 was released.
