Around here it is best to never assume that something is “common knowledge”. If it is indeed common, then a link would be VERY easy to come by (such as the invasion of poland you mentioned).

Simply put: when you make a claim around here that is not opiniated or anecdotal, provide a cite, or don’t make it.

I don’t say this to be rude, but your continued refusal to do so will simply make you look bad around here. And I would much rather not see that happen. And I wouldn’t sweat any pit threads around here. You’ll find that based on your views (that you have displayed so far) I predict that you will not be getting along well with rjung, Elvis, mintygreen, or DtC at all :slight_smile:
