Post Bush win. What is the plan to eradicate ignorance?

Simply put…I was wrong. I thought Kerry would win by a narrow margin in both the popular vote and in the EC. Luckily for me I lost no money on this, as I knew Bush COULD win and rated his chances as just below 50/50…not a good bet IMO.

I have to admit my respect for Kerry increased a lot when he conceeded and didn’t wait until the final vote was tallied (like Edwards appearently wanted too)…and he hasn’t whinned or complained about Diebold or any of the other tin foil stuff currently making the rounds. His concession speech was VERY well done and I was impressed in spite of myself.

I was pretty bummed out that my guy (Badnarik) didn’t get more of the vote. He got pretty much what Libertarians always seem to get…about 1%. I was really hoping there would be more of a protest vote by both parties…but it didn’t happen.

Obviously you don’t want ME picking lotto numbers.

I’ll take that bet…John Ashcroft will not be a Supreme Court Judge if a vacancy comes up during Bush’s term. I don’t even think he’ll be put forth as a nominee, let alone confirmed. Name your terms.

Um, yeah, what Manhatten said. It was always plausible that Bush could get 50% of the votes cast, but what you actually said in the OP was 50% of the electorate. Too subtle obviously
