It’s becoming more prevelant because the poverty pimps are making an industry out of it. As long as they can continue to foment class envy and divisiveness, they make money, and there is no easier way to do it than through skin color.

Which might have been a true saying in the 3rd Century B.C., but not since the Renaissance. It doesn’t really relate to this thread.
