Um… Why? I just watched POTC again last night, and everyone seemed okay with their actions. Heck, even the Royal Navy assisted iin Jack’s escape by giving him ‘a day’s head start’.
Could that be a later date after they caught up with Jack and recaptured him? The end scene in the last movie was not Will and Elizabeth’s wedding day, but the day on which Jack was to be executed.
And really, what are the odds that Jack has kept his nose clean since?
