After checking out this site: Top 87 Bad Predictions About the Future , it got me thinking of the predictions our top scientists, intellects, and specialists are saying about OUR future. What predictions are being thrown around willy-nilly right now? Do you back them up or or think they’re a narrow minded ass? Will we one day be derisively laughing at the pundits who once said the very Space Elevator we are riding on was impossible to construct?
I’ve always thought people who say “There is no other life, never will be, we’ve studied x amount of worlds and so we can extrapolate to all the others.” are stupid as rocks and will be proven wrong one day. I don’t believe we’re the magical exception.
