I think that would be my pick too…but I need to add The Monkees to your list. I’ve probably re-watched that show over the years more than any other TV show with the possible exception of The Rockford Files.
Late 70s. Tuesday night was crucial, man. I had to have my fix of Happy Days, (don’t laugh!) Joanie Loves Chachi and Lavern and Shirley. That has been the only “appointment TV” for me ever.

Mmmm…true. In fact, IIRC, MTM and the Carol Burnett Show both ended within a year of each other. I don’t remember how long Bob Newhart lasted.
MAS*H went to Monday nights, where it stayed for the rest of its run, in '75. I don’t remember where AITF went (did it stay on Saturday night? Damn, they say memory is the second thing to go…)
