Printig out sound text

I can watch regular TV programs on my PC (not via the web). I can turn down the sound (till 0, if I wish) and activate “Closed caption” button, which gives me dialogs in a black box at the bottom of the TV screen, in English.
My question: can I place/copy this text into a text editor program and eventually print it out?
My second question: can a radio broadcast (news or wheather, not music, of course) be printed out? I mean a radio broadcast via Real Player or the like?

This is probably not whole bunches of help to you, but I have an ATI All-In-Wonder TV tuner card in my computer, and it lets me do this very thing (although the card’s translation of the closed captions can be…eccentric. I think it may have to do with the relatively slow processor in my computer)

Have you read the manual for the tuner card software? If your software doesn’t have this capability, maybe there is a more recent version with it at the manufacturer’s website that does.
