The finish of the Custody of Dominik ladder match was supposed to be Vickie pushing over the ladder just before Eddie could win, then holding him back while a beaten Rey climbed the ladder for the win. Instead, Rey had to weakly nudge the ladder over while selling and Eddie would fling himself down before pounding the mat in frustration and yelling “WHERE THE FUCK WAS VICKIE! GOD DAMN IT!” loud enough for the TV cameras to hear, before she eventually ran out and they repeated the spot.
