Sorry if this has been addressed but is there some change in the profiles page. Can we no longer alter our posted info? Am I doing something wrong (probably) in reguard to changes or is it just not possible anymore with the new software.
To change your profile info, just go to the top of the page and click the ‘profile’ icon. It should take you to this page, where, after you enter your username and password, you’ll be zipped off to a page where you can edit your profile info.
It hit me, so it might be what hit you.
At one time you didn’t need a password, i.e., the password could be left blank.
Then at one point it changed. I think when they stopped allowing blanks at the front and end of names.
I was quite confused about why I couldn’t change my sig any more. But it turned out I was just required to have a password, which I hadn’t been bothering with. When I added one, the changes went right through.
