Fried in corn oil. In an ideal world, it would have been deep fried, but I don’t have a fryer, so I used a couple of inches in a heavy pan. The process worked, even if the corn wasn’t so good.

I actually understood that sentence. Clearly, I need to go to sleep.

I like the cauliflower “rice” when I’m making something with a sauce or when I can throw in a little chicken bouillon or whatever, for flavor. Otherwise, it’s kind of blah. But since I don’t eat plain rice because it’s kind of blah, it’s really six of one or half-dozen of the other. It’s just that the cauliflower has a lot fewer calories than the real stuff.

I make rice with sesame seed oil on the bottom of the rice maker, chicken bouillon, and a sliced garlic clove.
