Flash isn’t a programming language. The “language” you use to make flash do stuff is called Actionscript. Www.flashkit.com has lots on actionscripting.
A lot of what feels like flash might also be shockwave Aslan, you might like to look into that. Much more powerful language behind it. Lots of tuts around for that as well.
Flash, Shockwave, and Java are the big three for those kinda games.
