(This is a double post because I’m experimenting with posting photos from my phone.)
My niece lives in Turkey, sends me occasional recipes and takes an interest in my experiments. I sent her that photo, along with the question, What the hell do I do with 100g of Zahtar (minus 1 teaspoon)?
She has never heard of Zahtar. So if anyone else knows, feel free.
The dip is fine but not quite what I was expecting. Still, it took me half a dozen goes before I was happy with baba ganoush. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
