Definitely “one”.
wun, with short u as in cut, must, fun

“Juan.”
Juan won by one run.
Said three times fast.
The won in “won ton” OTOH is indeed pronounced like Juan. Maybe she’s just a Chinese food enthusiast.
And besides, “Juan” is pronounced more like “hwon”.
Dictionary says:
Dictionary.com lists the same pronounciation for ‘one’ (wŭn).
Damn! No wonder that Chinese soup is so heavy.

English spelling. Sux.
Pees.
Is she Korean? The Korean currency is won (“hwon”).
