The rules place the burden of proof on the respondant (defendant), and the complainant gets to choose which arbiter hear the case. WIPO and NAF have repeatedly shown a strong lean towards the bigshots, and have consequently garnered the lion’s share of the cases (and resultant fees). :rolleyes:
