I’ve been considering investing in property development (real estate, some limited commercial development) in the Middle East specifically the UAE and Jordan. Would like to know if anyone has experience in this area specifically taxes and legal concerns with investment in stable Middle East countries such as Jordan or the United Arab Emirates
