I think that’s why the second half of the paragraph only talks about the “gov’t”. One would hate accidentally to cast the spell of governmentus legitimatus by writing out the full word.

So a corporation can only act with constitutional protection if all its shareholders are present? When a newspaper is printed or a film made, every shareholder must be on hand?
I wish people would confirm what argument they’re responding to. I didn’t say anything about the rights of corporations generally. I said the right to assemble can only apply when people are assembled.
