Prospective hire in conservative business once worked in porn. Reason not to hire?

Oh no. I never mention the porn. I want documented knowledge of the porn, as the situation is too perfect as it is. At this point, I can deny everything, except for Brad showing us her clip after the initial interview: “Brad showed us some disgusting video of some woman that he said looked like the interviewee. I didn’t look at it beyond confirming that it was a woman, and it was gross, and that the situation was totally inappropriate for a professional office. I probably should have reported Brad for porn on the office system right then, but I was squicked out and just told him to knock it off. I had never realized what a creep he was before this point, and I never thought for a moment that he was serious.”

At some point, he’ll say something, to her about how he’s sure she’s a porn star, and then poof he’s gone. Actually, why don’t we just turn him over to HR now, on the grounds that he’s surfing porn after interviews?

Well, that’s no fun.
