"Publicly Available" is this year's pink!

The availability of the information does not guarantee that people will label and discriminate. In the end it is the people which will decide how to use this information. A run-in with the law, or a youthful indiscretion may seem like something you would be judged for, but what happens when those who would judge you have their own dirty secrets available at the click of a mouse? The illusion of the ‘fine upstanding citizen’ compared to the ‘stranger with the shady past’, will be shattered forever when everyone’s information is online. If anything the ability to retrieve this kind of information easily will result in a less judgemental society overall.

Yeah, but I’m very sure his behaviour at 1 yr old is judged differently to his behaviour at 5 to his behaviour at 18 as should his behaviour at 45…or are you just being deliberatley obtuse to pick a fight?

Blake specifically said that adults should be held responsible for actions they take after they turn 18. You responded to his post by talking about all of the irresponsible things people do as children.

I was rebutting the “…don’t sign petitions, don’t commit crimes…” argument. Nothing more.
