Fake. Check out the trailer for the movie (actually, it’s part of the “Silence is Golden” campaign masquerading as a movie trailer). You’ll see some of the same actors in the trailer that were in the clip (the bald guy, the black guy).
It wasn’t a weekend project by a couple of hobbyists, but it is fake.
