that that is is that that is not is not that that is it is that that is not is it it is
To make one sentence or more than one?
The latter would be much easier, but I’m going to assume you mean the former.
That that, is. Is that? That is not. Is not that? That is. It is that. That is not. Is it? It is.
I give up.
Just the one sentence!
What you want an easy one?
HONESTLY!
That that is, is; that that is not is not that that is, it is that that is not (Is it? It is.).
A bit of a fudge to make it one sentence, but it’s grammatically correct.
“That that is, is; that that is not is not that that is, it is that that is not. Is it? It is.”
That that is is that that is not - is not that that is, it is that that is not; is it - it is.
If you want it clearer, though not necessarily as correct,
That ‘that is’ is that ‘that is not’ - is not that ‘that is’, it is that ‘that is not’; is it - it is .

Woohoo! Simulpost! And essentially the same answer too…
kabbes – I don’t get it. Maybe if I stare at it long enough it will make sense. Or I’ll see a sailboat.
Congrats to JR8 & Pldennison, Kabbles - you’re close!
Oh Well, that didnt take long did it… I’m off to the pub then!
that that is, is, that that is not, is not, that, that is it, is that, that, is not, is, it, it is
Try this one:
John where James had had had had had had had had had had had the teacher’s approval.
It’s two sentences.

That that is, is.
That that is not, is not.
That that is, it is.
That that is not, is it?
It is.
My favorite punctuation game has always been,
Woman without her man is nothing.
Men punctuate it “Woman, without her man, is nothing.”
Women punctuate it “Woman! Without her, man is nothing.”

Do I win?
Does it have to make logical sense?
That, that is, is; that, that is not, is not that that is; it is that that is – not, “Is it?” – it is.
(some superfluous commas added for clarity).
I could also write it as :
That, that is, is; that, that is not, is not that; that is, it is that that is – not, “Is it?” – it is.
Of course semicolons doesn’t really make it one sentence, but I’m guessing there isn’t an answer that doesn’t use them, or periods. Is there?
That, that is, is. That, that is not, is not. That, that is it, is that, that is not. Is it? It is.
