A friend of mine recently got a shiba inu and its stools have been really odorous so she’s been trying to research different kinds of diets and dog foods she can put the dog on to minimize the smell. Can anyone recommend any brands she should look into?
Innova, Solid Gold, California Natural, and Canidae are all decent kibble foods. Look for one that’s high in meat content, with no corn.
But my real answer is… feed raw! There are some decent kibbles out there, but nothing can compete with real food as far as nutrition goes.
We use Premium Edge. Seems to work well.
Avoid grocery store brands that are mostly just fillers.
