I read the following entry on a website and I’ve been searching for this particular study online. I’m wondering if anyone else has heard of this?

“I read recently about an experiment based on the unique brain wave patterns one observes when a bright light is directed into just one eye. Scientists chose complete strangers and introduced them to each other for a short conversation, then separated them into rooms that were electrically shielded from each other. And they found that if they then directed a bright light into one eye of one of the strangers, that the other stranger in the other room would also exhibit the same unique brain wave activity as the person whose eye was being illuminated.”

If no-one has heard of this, is anyone aware of any similar experiments that prove the same thing; ie, that we are actually interconnected like this, and do you have a cite?

It’s a blog on some spiritual website. It has no references. My guess would be that the purported study was compeletely made up or a mis-interpretation of something else.

Why don’t you just email them a message from their Contact page and ask for more information?
