Got #1

RHODODENDRON WOMEN ON THE MOON - Amazon Women on the Moon

I just checked some more of the spoilage – you’d have lost that bet. But do remember that I’m the guy who’d never heard of Natalie Portman or Christina Hendricks until they were mentioned at SDMB recently. :smack:

Please PM me when there’s a thread on Geography puzzles or Trivia related to computers of the 1970’s. :smack:

Excellent work Snerky Snerk! You are blooming good as a puzzle solver!

Also kudos to Tom Scud and steronz as well. An in-seine-ly fine job everyone!

Sorry for taking so long to finish it. I really struggled with the last two. I don’t know if it was on purpose, but -

  1. AI BE BL EI ES GO NC NI TH
  • threw me right off. I looked at it and said ok, it has Saigon in it. That must be the Saigon River.:smack:
I figured the movie name was very close to The Incredibles, but I just couldn’t make it work. Unsurprisingly.

Anyway, thank you very much for the mental workout. Much appriciated.

I was more of a lurker when you had the last puzzle with the coded messages. I didn’t manage to crack those at all, but had some fun trying, so a late congrats on the construction of that one as well.
