Q.E.D. Goes One Month Without Smoking!

Congratulations (and good work)! I was smoking 3 packs a day when I quit smoking in 1986. It wasn’t easy, but I’d definitely say it was worth it. In more recent accomplishments, although I can’t say I’ve given up eating, I’ve been exercising regularly since January and I’ve lost just over 30 pounds so far, which is about halfway to my goal.

I once was two months without somking, but fell again. I never tried again after that. Perhaps you could share your trick, I would apprecciate.

WTG QED keep it up. The first month is by FAR the toughest.
