the whole article is interesting, but i am particularly interested in the idea of the developing autistic quantum mind - quite a long way down. any comments?
The webpage isn’t presented in a manner that made it easy for me, an intelligent layman with a Commerce Degree, to grasp its purpose. I’ll admit this page might make sense to someone already versed in the mechanics of visual perception, or someone who was willing to read and re-read the text ten or fifteen times, but as it stands, the material is too obscure for a general opinion. For example, this table:
Wow, isocones. Aren’t those them fancy gloves? The page has a lot of jargon without a glossary and as such is clearly meant only for people in a specialized field.
i dont think it is only for people in the field. obviously they have a deeper understanding, but the illusions and the link with the moebius strip give a visual for basic understanding for people who do not want to read up on the definitions and background.

Maybe, but I already knew about moebius strips and optical illusions and whatnot from years of reading recreational math books. I just don’t see an easy bridge between them and autism presented on this webpage.
