In theory one would need permission, but as this is so obscure that Sally Cruikshank herself appears to be burning DVD-Rs of her films to sell, it is very doubtful that anyone will object. If you are concerned, you could ask her permission.
I’ve had the sad duty of providing memorial videos for two people in the last few months, and neither funeral home had any questions about the copyright status of the material provided. They pay for their background music and probably pay ASCAP and BMI, but with several different funerals a day, policing copyright is not their responsibility.
“Face Like a Frog” is good, too.
I saw QatQ in the '80s on Showtime Shorts. I’ve loved it ever since.
And if I may say so, dear friend, I have loved YOU ever since, and don’t give me any shit over it either! LOL!
