Question about liability

Ok, so this is the possible scenerio. I’m at a poker table in a casino. The man sitting next to me has been tweeking for the past 58 hours when he decides to take everyones chips and throw them as far as he can while he screams about the pink spiders that are crawling all over him. Casino security quickly “escort” him off of the premises. Then what? No one knows how many chips I or anyone else had. Would the security, me, or the crazy man be responible? I’d hate to lose 500 dollars here, in case this happened.

You obviously do not know the casinos. They have cameras everywhere. Your chip count can probably be determined from the videos and eye witnesses. Or they may just kick everyone out after the incident and then you’ll have to sue them for the money. Good luck.
