Strangely that is the exact opposite of the toilets were I work. In the male toilets you may, once or twice a year, come across the odd piece of paper on the floor, a wet bench or a small puddle of mis-aimed urine. However according to the women it is a very common event to find the female toilets in complete disarray. Several women at work use toilets on different floors or in different buildings to avoid the toilets used by particular people. I don’t know what steps management takes but reports seem fairly regular.
