I found an old SanDisk flash card reader and researched it a little on eBay to see what it might be worth.
Those that sell for $50 plus are advertised as follows… **In addition, this SanDisk SDDR-31 ImageMate is compatible with the King KLN94 GPS cards and can be used to program the KLN94 GPS. All you have to do is establish an account with Wingman Services and they will walk you through all the steps to get the GPS updated.
This programmer/reader is very hard to find new and if you do find one new they are around $80 and you still have to send it to Bendix/King to get the firmware updated. I will include printed instructions on how to update this device for KLN94 and support information for you convenience. **
Sorry… I shouldn’t have used the term “compatible” since the description says that it is.
It’s the second paragraph about getting the firmware updated. I don’t know what firmware is and whether it is on the reader in the first place to be updateable.
