I am 76, not sure who you were addressing. I have a question for you. What does your body feel like after a workout, 4 hours, 1 day, 2 days?
I’m generally stiff and sore most of the time, especially in the morning. I don’t notice the day after weight lifting to feel much more sore than I am on most days.
I am in my 7th week now. The first month was stiff and sore. Then the soreness left and I just had that stiff flexed or pumped up feeling that would leave after a few days. Now this week I am noticing that flexed feeling is only lasting one day. Maybe I need to work a little harder.
