I can see why Leaffan might get concerned about anything that even remotely resembles stalking.
You see, it’s one thing if you’re a member of a persecuted minority group that has millions, or even thousands of members. But it’s quite a different matter when there’s only four of you left (and two have yet to reach their teens).

I thought the “which I am about to inform my fellow moderators of” was a bit smarmy. Hint: You should probably be doing that with official decisions most of the time and so it probably goes without saying, is my understanding.

Most of the time there’s no need to tell the other mods about warnings. Harassment (which is how the OP’s behavior looked) would be an exception and a situation where it’s important to tell the other mods - because it might not be so obvious if it’s spread out across several forums over the course of a few months.

I lived in Northern Ireland for 3 years as a kid. Might have been mentioned at some point. I’m originally from Scotland.
Consider myself Canadian. Except if Scotland beats Canada in Curling. They have little chance beating Canada in hockey.
So now I can really confuse myself. I’m still trying to get my head around a sports team calling themselfs the “Leafs” or whatever.

The maple leaf has long been a national symbol of Canada, even before the current Canadian flag that was adopted in 1965.
Naming a team after a national symbol isn’t really very odd, is it?
