I got some cute blouson valances on eBay but they have NO installation instructions. Am I supposed to roll up the tissue paper and thread it through the bottom on the valance, or am I suppposed to ball it up and stuff it in?
I think you can do whatever you like, as long as it lets you achieve the amount of poofiness you want the valances to have. If you want poofier valances, you should ball up the tissue paper.
Thanks, sunfish. I think I’ll “practice” with some plastic grocery bags, which I have learned, in my search to find directions, can be substituted for the tissue paper.
I think “loosely crumpled” was the operative instruction on these. Fortunately, it can be re-done to your satisfaction.
ps - Did you get your A/C problem fixed?
