Ok, I know we used to not be able to answer homework questions, and this kind of qualifies but not quite. My daughter is working on her Masters and she just texted me to see if I knew anyone who had more info on the above.
It is a question about a Wellness Tax that is only imposed on those who are well, but not on those who turn out to be sick. I guess there is a diagram using this model she is supposed to do.
I know absolutely nothing about this but I figured if there was anyone that would it would be here.
