Questions you wish they'd ask

I’m just giving props to the BBC.

I was listening to World Service last night, and they asked a Hamas spokesman (words not exact, but you’ll get the gist):
“So regardless of the “cease-fire,” your purposes are served by having the cycle of violence continued and blood, both Palestinian and Israeli, flowing freely in the streets?”

I love it when they rake bastards over the coals, and I’m sure (or at least I sincerely hope) they’d have asked the Israelis responsible for the rocket attacks similar questions. American news organizations just don’t ask the same harsh questions.

What good harsh questions have you heard reporters ask?

What news organizations do you like for pointed questioning?

I like Charlie Rose, but that’s mainly because I’m pretty sure he’s soused most of the time.
