Questions

Why do drive up ATMs have braille?

Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

Can fat people go skinny dipping?

Blind people have to be given a ride to go to banks and such. Naturally they like convenience just as much as anybody else, and they don’t want to tell the driver their PIN.

A parkway is so named because it is typically a street with trees or landscaping similar to park. A driveway is a place where driving begins and ends.

I’ve a question: Can people post questions like these and not get banned ?

Said presenter of questions is unlikely to care.

Sadly true, and uncommonly sensible. I like your style.

It’s cheaper to manufacture a standard ATM faceplate and keyboard which has braile, and which can then be used in walk-up or drive-up ATMs, than it would be to manufacture two separate lines of ATM components. Furthermore, it eliminates mistakes in order-fulfillment, and it enables a bank to cannibalize its drive-up ATMs for use as walk-ups if the bank remodels.
