I just wanted to say that I think James is kind of a cool name for a girl. As a first name. You can always just CALL her Jamie, OR you could call her James if it fits her! 
I will give one warning though, my friend named her daughter Drew Ryan, and she’s always being mistaken for a boy on paper.
Small price to pay, though.
Breezy, I had a mate in high school named Kelly. He was a really nice fella, but had suffered growing up in that everyone anticipated Kelly being a girl. He also received feminine hygiene product samples in the post all the time. Poor guy!
