Okay I will make this short and sweet. I have random drug tests for work and was wondering if the AI Aromasin would show a false negative. They only test for rec drugs like marijuana and cocain. It is a 5 panel urine drug test.

I am reopening this so that the poster can clarify their intent. Aromasin is used in the treatment of breast cancer, but is also used by athletes to stimulate production of testosterone. Why are you using it, and do you have a prescription for it? And it is unclear why you would be concerned about a “false negative.” Do you mean a false positive?
