Best guess is that they caught him with paraphernalia which he was smoking “shit” in?
Seems to signify a Class B Misdemeanor.

They say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. I hate to say it but after looking at that gallery I’m somewhat more inclined to take stock in the ancient art of physiognomy. A lot of those mug shots have just the sort of of hard-bitten faces you’d expect to see.

My hometown newspaper shows all the mugshots of the day before’s arrests, at least on their website. Some odd-looking people there. I guess criminals are just not the sharpest-looking people.
I remember a woman by that name in Klamath Falls, Oregon; I’ve forgotten the first name. My favorite was Mary(?) Killswithtwoarrows.
