Phew…was getting pretty nervous on this one, but thanks to Quordle’s help, I narrowly escaped a fail.
I tried to start solving without a 2nd “start word”, but no luck. Then with only two guesses left for the remaining two words, I was thinking…it better be Wider, which would also give me Await, and I breathed a huge sigh of relief when it was.
Well, my good fortune ran out today.

Darn trap word got me. Night at least showed me what it was early enough (sans the first letter), and I decided to just go in alphabetical order from there. The rest went well though, thankfully.
You must have been really feeling in a tizzzy. (I can actually see this one coming up for Wordle, with one less Z though

I think it would be a great wordle word. Now we will be ready for it when it comes!

Booth or Tooth…hmmm, I wonder which one to go with. Actually, I remembered that we had Tooth a little while ago, so I decided to go with Booth. I know we can and do have repeated words, but glad that wasn’t the case today.
Chinks are cowboy/cowgirl attire too (just like Chaps but shorter), though you’d never say it without the s. I have a friend who makes them, and when she posts about them on FB, she has to write it as Ch*nks, else her posts get removed.

At least I didn’t fail.
Anyone know why my entire game results come with the quotes I post? That is, under the person’s post in addition to my original post. That doesn’t happen in the Wordle thread when I put a quote below my results, that I’ve noticed. I guess I’ll just make a separate post if I want to quote someone from now on, but I’m not sure why it’s different in here, or maybe I’m just being a bird brain and doing something wrong.
