This one had me a little worried. I though the answers might have been FANNY and DULLY, so I used FOLKS as a sleuth word. I eliminated both those possibilities, and got the K I needed for KNEED. It worked out in the end.

Swamp could have been Spasm or Swank, and Crude could have been Curve. I only had the E in yellow for Beefy…took me a bit to see any words, but I think that was the only choice. Nerdy was also the only choice too.
Flyby was a good sleuth word, and a nice “happy accident”!

I used RUGBY the other day as a guess word, and today it really came in handy for a sleuth word. It would only check one of the three trap words for Blush, Flush, Plush, but I had more words to check for the other words too. Thankfully two of the words started with a B, and I got the G and U for Vague.

Got lucky with guessing the first two words correctly (shocking! lol) - Inapt-Giant, and then Dodge-Forge-Vogue. I then saw three words for the next one (smelt, spelt, and svelt*), and I almost took a chance and went with Smelt, but then I thought I’d better go with BUMPY to sleuth it out. Turns out, I didn’t need to do that…I really only had two words to choose between.
*I realized afterwards that there’s an E on the end of Svelt. Duh! 
I put the wrong word in for my 3rd guess in my Quordle post above…I guessed Shelf (over Shell), not Dumpy.
They have been hitting us with a few challenges lately, haven’t they? It took me a bit to see a few of the words. I often forget about double letter words, or I’m resistant to guess them over another, plus those double-double letter words get me every time, but I finally saw that one.
I actually put in svelt, then thought that doesn’t look right, LOL.
I’m surprised you didn’t try lodge first over double D dodge, I’m proud of you
Wasn’t it not long ago we all chose shelf and it was shell? That’s why I went with shell first this time.
