One of my friends said this site was full of great deals, so I took a look. When I opened the electronics section, I saw lots of Rosewill products for sale with free 2-day shipping, all 30% more expensive than on Newegg. Yeah, I have Shoprunner too, I’m not impressed. When my friend bought something from one of these guys, it came in a Newegg box, and even had the receipt from Newegg in it. Unless he had lots of Super Points, he got ripped off.
So what great deals did he see? What made him recommend it? Did he actually pay less for the thing he just bought? (Seeing how he saw the receipt)
Oh, hell yes, I hate these guys. Terrible customer service.
I think he knows how to game the rewards program because he said he gets a lot of stuff free from them.
