Trying to loose some of the middle age spread, and need a I good road bike. I have owned 2 Raleighs, a Super Course and a Grand Sport (when it was a step up from Super Course, instead of a step down) and am kind of partial to the brand for no logical reason. The new Super Course looks nice, but is kind of pricey.
I am looking for a dealer in the LA area that has a decent selection and is a decent dealer. I have been in I Martin on Beverly years ago, and they seemed good, but going to the website, I notice that they don’t list Raleigh as a brand, although the Raleigh website says they are a dealer. WTF?
So, anyone know if I Martin has Raleigh, or if there is another serious dealer that does? I am in Burbank, but could travel a few miles for the right store.
Also, is there anything wrong with my brand loyalty? Should I be looking at other bikes? All things being almost equal, I would prefer to keep up the tradition
