Go through the animations, this is a really viable system that will use the heat of the sun to produce cooling temperatures. Amazing how scientists are revisiting and refining old concepts with new technological advances (like the capacitors using nanofibers to increase storage capacity making them viable battery substitutes that charge faster and hold a longer charge–and recharge hundreds of thousands of times).
