Rantings about stupid nuclear reporting, and I want to bitchslap somebody, also other crap

Yeah, like Japan. They got no wind or wave action there.

May I encourage you one more time to stop arguing with your own straw men?

No one has said that Oyster system is not likely to work in Japan.

Japan has a coastline of 29,751km, a landmass of 374,744km2, and a population of 125,000,000

Scotland has a coastline of 11,800 km, a landmass of 78,772 km2, and a population of 5,000,000.

See the slight difference? 25 times the population, 5 times the landmass, three the coastline. Hence why it’s a lot easier for Scotland to meet its energy requirements through wind and tidal.

Ok, Gary just did. But he has a point.

In a probably vain attempt to prevent FX usual misrepresentation, let me state my point explicitly. Wind and tidal are potentially huge sources of energy, and should be developed fully, along with solar. However it is highly uncertain if they can provide the energy required for all countries (China and India being obvious examples) so other sources should also be investigated, for example Thorium reactors.

Coal Ash Is More Radioactive than Nuclear Waste

By burning away all the pesky carbon and other impurities, coal power plants produce heaps of radiation

HuffPost - Breaking News, U.S. and World News | HuffPost Here have a nice radioactive burger. Who would think a farmer would feed tainted straw to his cows and then sell the meat.?

Nuclear cheerleaders would eat radioactive beef. They should sell it to them.

Glad to see they found a use for all of FXMastermind’s straw men.

It must be hard being a nuclear denier at times like these.

Among the 3410 people who had worked for one month or longer at Fukushima Daiichi as of the end of May and who must undergo a medical exam every month like checking their white blood cells or their skin, 1339 or 39% have not undergone the exam.

I understand the reluctance. to find out you have radioactive poisoning which will kill you or put your health in jeopardy is pretty terrifying.

What’s the death toll at now for radiation poisoning? Has it climbed to 6000x0? 10,000x0? A million times zero?

Thanks for another link in Japanese…it sure proves your point…

The link was changed somehow.

It isn’t clear at all why they were not tested. They could have been tested and the results not declared for all anyone knows. The level of deception by Japanese officials and Tepco is over 9000

If there are no deaths at least Godzilla, Mothra, or Superheroes. All that EVIL radiation cannot go to waste if it ain’t killin’ nobody.

So aside from two distances, no numbers?
What concentration? How many rad/curie/sieverts? Lethal? Harmful? Risky?
Or simply an increase of the base number with no real health significance.

Japan’s morgues must be brimming with corpses.

So… how many deaths have been attributed to radiation exposure, at this late date? Just curious.

How many straw men can an idiot create?
